Capping or replacement?
There are two main ways to complete a roofline installation:

Capping. This is only done if the prior system is still in good condition, and involves ‘capping’ (covering) this existing system with new uPVC panels. It is essential to ensure the existing system is healthy, to ensure you’re not simply covering up a bigger problem.

Full replacement. Most of our installations will follow this path. Your old fascias and soffits are removed up to the rafter ends, and any rot we discover is treated. We will then fit a high-quality uPVC system. This system comes with a 10-year guarantee for your peace of mind.
